Designing a food forest for Zone 1

This design is for a small multi layer garden (forest garden). It shows how easy it is to transform ~ 100 m² with permaculture design into a productive area.
Instead of following a clear path that produces one outcome Whitefield suggested to have multiple designs (at least 3) prepared and then evaluated before implementation. This allows designers to come up with a different approach for each design. The value is within the given options.
